Jeff was our inspector for our first home purchase, and he was wonderful. We felt very overwhelmed and nervous, and Jeff very patiently and thoroughly took us through our house and explained everything. He pointed out what needed immediate attention, what we could fix later, and what could wait much longer if needed. He also gave us suggestions about what to look for in the future to keep the house in good shape. On top of all that, he gave us suggestions for child safety, as we have two young kids, and they were things we never would have thought of. He made the inspection process so easy, and gave us peace of mind that we are making a sound investment. We highly recommend him!
